Ben had his first T-ball practice yesterday. At first he hated it because the coach posted him at first base while other kids hit the ball. "Why am I standing here?" he asked. I tried to explain the finer points of the game to him, but failed because I am his mother not his father. As soon as he got to hit the ball and run the bases he loved it. When I asked him what his favorite part was he said "They gave me a shirt and a hat." Yes, T-ball is cool.

I was going to put my Ben in T-ball!! I missed the sign up. They were in Jan. and I didn't look it up until March. Well at least I'll know for next year. Your Ben looks so good in his uniform.
Cute, I love baseball season. It is my favorite sport to watch because you are outside in the sun. Scott just started coaching Conners little league team. They will have to practice together when you guys come down here. I'll see you next weekend.
That's why any of us sign up to do silly things...we want the free shirt and hat!
