Does ingesting lip gloss cause brain damage? I hope not, or my girls are doomed. Everyday when I go to my vanity to put on my array of cosmetics my girls arrive just seconds behind. "Mommy, can I have some lip gloss?" Rachel flashes me her best smile. Then Emily comes whining, waiting to be lifted up on the vanity where she immediately finds another lip gloss and hands it to me. As I pull out the glossy stick to apply it to her lips Emily waits with her tongue out, just dying to get that first lick. I avoid her tongue as much as possible and get the gloss on. Then I turn to Rachel. She has applied a heavy coat of pretty in pink lip gloss to her sweet smile, licked her lips thoroughly and is heading in to put another on. Really, the lip gloss does smell good, but could it truly taste so delicious? My girls sure think so.

Ew - that's nasty! Cute, but nasty! You're a good mommy to let them do that; I think I'd gag at the thought of eating that stuff!
I am not a morning person, so when I have three little ones clamoring for my blush brush and lickable lipgloss I am not nearly as nice as you are to your adorable cuties. I am usually screaming, "Can I not get five minutes alone?!"
hahahaha....my girls loved eating lip gloss too..Even Jessi still puts lipgloss on and then uses the other end to scrape it of her lips and lick it off...(gross) hahaha she'll be so mad if she reads this. :)
