Playing Hookie

Nathan and I are experts at throwing caution to the wind and being spontaneous. Monday morning, because of the time change, we woke up a little tardy. Ben was already late for school and Nate had Spring break so we decided to just take a daycation. We headed down to Salt Lake City. We visited the newly remodeled State Capitol and the Aquarium in Sandy. We had a great time.

I like the frog picture. And the fact that you guys are spontaneous. I'm such a planner...poor Sean.

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad you guys just took a day off and did those important and fun things with your kids! Good for you. Life is too short. Loved the pictures! I didn't know there was an aquarium in Sandy...and isn't the capitol spectacular! Thanks!

Wow! what a treat!! It was really cool to see the state capital!! I think that the last time I saw it was before I was married!! I also think that it is so cool that Utah has an aquarium now!! We have one in ABQ and I love them!! Good for you guys!!
